My first visit to the Volvo dealer was just me looking at the car and deciding a colour. Then I made an appt to order one which took 20 mins to complete. Then, 7 days later I picked the car up. It was all super-fast. My sales guy was totally on the ball in all regards. Got me a car at the docks, no ‘Motability customers to the back of the queue’ nonsense at all. Can’t fault the experience.
