I have a previous MY, which is pre-facelift and might make a huge difference in how things work.
The bluelink is faultless with my car. If all you get is location, it makes me wonder if there is a suitable connection with the car. I’d definitely be talking with your dealership about this, it may be something they can sort quickly.
My car recognises speed limit changes and will adjust the ACC or HDA accordingly if you trigger the change. All I have to do is flick the switch down or up (new speed lower or higher) and it’ll change. The switch is, on mine, on the right side of the steering wheel and is the little toggle switch you can adjust speeds with below the ACC On/Off button.
I know my model doesn’t recognise the digital key, I haven’t heard anything about it from the various groups, so can only assume either it works for everyone else or it isn’t a feature. Try the advise given here: https://www.speakev.com/threads/anyone-got-digital-keys-working-in-the-uk-my25-ioniq-5.186994/ Although the thread does suggest that even on the Kona which definitely has this, it’s simply not working.
Enjoy the car, it’s a great thing to drive and that rear wiper will be a real benefit over the old models
