If the key unlocks the tailgate, doors and charging flap then it may be the button on the key to open the tailgate that’s faulty.
Have you tried the other key to rule out any issue with the key?
Also, it may just be one of those strange Enyaq gremlins that pop up now and again and will fix itself the next time you use the car
