I rang dealer today and it appears car was not ordered on Monday after all..i was told it was now ordered when i visited and applied. I rang today and this evening dealer provided me with an order number so will try and ring Skoda head office to see if order is valid as on my motability account it still has not confirmed with a green tick that order has been placed which makes me wonder if there is still an issue.
You will probably find, after the green tick “application passes” the rest is slow to update, right up to the point you are notified your vehicle is ready to collect. The important thing, is being able to get a valid order number from the dealer.
