    I ordered a motability car at dealership on Monday but my online Motability account does not show as car ordered ..no green tick..just says application passed…does it take a few days to update? I will phone dealership in morning but concerned now it has not gone through properly.

    It usually updates very quickly once the dealer inputs the info, so they are probably a bit slow doing this. Best to chase them. However, when your Motability account shows that the car has been ordered this isn’t always the case. Dealers will say that the car is ordered but may actually sit on your order for a month or two until they have an available build slot allocation. The only way to know if a car has actually been ordered is by getting a tracking number from the dealership which you can check yourself on a manufacturer website or by speaking to their head office.
