A small bit of good news in that they have said they “can” fit a new consumer unit but I would be responsible for the “correction of any wiring”. Not sure what that means so I’ve asked for further information.
I was told the batteries would be installed on Monday next week but they have gone a bit quite on this. I called on Monday to get an update only to be asked “who told you Monday the 9th? Been back onto them today and they still can’t confirm Monday. Definitely, something fishy going on.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
