I have notice on both our PHEV’s in EV mode (I would imagine EV are affected the same) with the heating on 22 degrees the fan speed setting make a very big difference the higher the fan speed the higher the consumption, we have 6 speed setting, we use the highest speed if we wish to clear the windscreen, medium speed 3 to allow the car to warm up, when up to a reasonable temperature switch to the lowest speed 1.
We find the heated seats and steering wheel have little effect on consumption
