New models always have teething and reliability problems that are ironed out on the next facelift.
Probably time to hunt around the dealers and see which cars meet your needs.
The new style Kona does look and drive nice, i did road-test one.
But the draw of saving 90% of fuel bills with an EV over petrol is difficult to let go with todays energy prices.
You were just unlucky with a bad Enyaq. Many manufacturers have their teething problems on first issue.
Shop around.
