You can directly email them too they’re pretty quick at responding fixed my issue same day which I was shocked about. I doubt you’ll get much outta them unfortunately as their remit is to the app only not anything wider. Leaving a bad review on play or apple store gets a quick response too. Hope you get your issue sorted. Having 1859 hardware in a 2024 car is quite frankly ridiculous.
