Mine is almost a couple of months old and my average is 26mpg so far. Admittedly my journeys are mainly all urban but I can’t see this car getting above mid-30s unless everywhere is flat/downhill and you drive like a pensioner on valium.
If you are wanting good mpg then avoid this car. At the end of the day it’s a heavy SUV with the aerodynamics of a brick and the small matter of a 2 litre 200bhp petrol engine.
I ordered it because I love the looks, it’s premium, comfortable and powerful. I’m a little taken aback by just how bad the fuel economy is though.
