I was forced onto British Gas when my small supplier went down. It’s been an experience, one that has kept me on my toes. A year ago they transferred me to a new account, which was closed. Last week they sent me a new invoice for period October – December 23. I’ve just had enough and will simply leave, they seem a little dated when it comes to technology and how to use it to benefit a customer’s experience.
They’ve launched a new account system and are slowly transferring customers to it. Probably having a few issues are they move over.
