New regulations apply 24th Nov whereby all new public chargers 8KW+ need a contactless payment method Existing chargers too 50KW +
the regulations came in last year but operators had a years grace to comply
Tesla V4 chargers support contactless so should be OK – but V2 and V3 chargers dont and are still the majority in the UK
Tesla may get a pass as are the biggest/cheapest operator. We’ll know in a week
