We have just become aware Octopus Go has changed their policy as regards the export tariff, previously the export Tarif was restricted to Lite paying 8 pence a kWh, they have their policy to allow the  Outgoing export rate 15 pence a kWh. Octopus Go (00.30 – 04.30) 8.5 pence a kWh

We have both a 4.4 kWh solar panel array and SolaX 5.8 triple battery as well as the PHEV. We import just under 2900 kWh which would breakdown to 1800 kWh (off peak £153) to charge the PHEV approximately 500 kWh (off peak £42.5) to charge the batteries, leaving 600 peak rate at 25 pence kWh (£150) = £345.5 (average 12 pence kWh) = standing charge £222.65 = £493.65 ( making a realistic average of  17 pence a kWh)

We export approximately 2800 kWh (£420)

    £493.65 – £420 =£73.65

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
