    The battery protection message I understood to be in relation to being activated by the app. It only allows so many activations before you get the message.

    Since the last app update where they fixed the responsiveness of the climate settings I haven’t had another battery message.

    My keys are always in the back door which is close to the car and the key gets woken whenever the door is opened etc and ive never seen the keys cause that battery message at all tho ymmv.

    Maybe im wrong about the relationship to the message and the app. You could try joining the beta test for the app and get the latest beta version it’s a lot better than the standard version.

    I’m truly sorry you’re having problems I was worried before getting mine with done having issues like yours but so far I’m very happy I don’t mean that to sound like bragging though. I have noticed when you hit the brake pedal to start the car if you put any pressure on the seat it will stop moving so maybe something is putting pressure on your seat and that’s why it’s not moving properly, maybe the rails are twisted or something.

    I really hope you make progress soon but don’t let motability talk about early termination tho if you reject the car thats on someone else, you don’t want that on your record when it’s not your fault
