I have emailed them and they came back saying they would fit it on the 12th of December totally ignoring the fact I asked them for the £192 to paid into my account.
I’ve replied to the email reiterating I want the money and asking for details of who to contact if they do not.
I will be speaking to the installer also as if he had highlighted the need for the switch I could have got it installed free of charge by Octopus Energy.
I’ve been told the installation will be complete tomorrow. The pump is 90% installed but will be fully connected tomorrow when the electricians are fitting the batteries and connecting the solar.
