Ah right. I may be wrong here but with V2L is different from V2H, then there’s V2G. Some cars do V2L while only a few do support both.
V2H/G are essentially the same thing requiring a Bi-directional charger, which aren’t/wont be cheap and there’s not many if any available for retail markets yet. V2L on the otherhand can still be used for V2H but, requires a different aproach, such as installing a automatic change over switch (similar to how a backup generator works). However your limited to 3.6kW, which may be the ballpark for V2X.
