When I handed my Kuga back it ended up with a very unhappy chap in Nottingham!
He got my name and address and wrote to me as he had a recurring fault and asked if I’d had it as well, which I hadn’t.
When I gave him the actual history, including it being hail stoned to death followed by about 5 months of multiple botched repairs including the roof and bonnet being replaced and them making it worse each time he wasn’t happy!, his garage denied it happened even saying it was a different car!.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
