i am a bit surprised by Ford to be honest. out of all the OEMs servicing an average Family they are way behind the 8 ball in terms of what they offer. but on the motability scheme the APs for their cars are extortionate. like many others have already said the Capri wont come cheap given that it is £3k additional list price compared to the explorer. its also full of carryover tech like the explorer from the VW group cars. i don’t think that is a bad thing but a lot of people are phased at the 2 way driver window lift, the capacitive steering wheel buttons and the small 5.5inch digit cockpit. i think if you can stretch for the HUD the 5.5inch cockpit if irrelevant. i think given the hate towards calling a 5 door SUV a capri they should have called it a Explorer sport or Explorer coupe . i also think the wheel choice on the capri is cack and the wheels on the explorer are much better.
