Thanks, i guess ill have to get it sorted. I received those instructions eith my charger on paper to change it but how do i get it back into installation mode, it doesn’t tell you unfortunately
I think, although not 100% sure, after initial commissioning, any changes need to be done through the installers portal in the same way, as the Pro. Therefore Ohme should be able do this at their end for you after you contact them. Unfortunately, Ohme isn’t a brand I install, so don’t have access to the portal, to do it for you.
You can also ask them to send someone out to reposition your CT but, this will take longer than doing it yourself 🙂
