Hi guys, had my epod charger installed today by proev, nationalgrid came an hour later to upgrade the cut out and fuse and said that proev had installed the charger wrong, so the guy from nationalgrid sorted it out.

Then it would only charge at 3.6kw so i had to call ohme who said the installer had limited the amps and she put it upto 32A, so its now charging at 7kw but now it wont connect to my ioniq 5 and doesn’t know my cars battery percentage etc..

Just says theres a technical problem when i enter my bluelink details.

Ive had to go into my cars menu and limit charging to 80% which is fine for now but how can i make use of octopus intelligent go if the charger isn’t smart and doesn’t know my cars details, soo frustrating, is this a regular issue with the ohme app ?

Also when intelligent go is working do you get 7p rate at day if octopus choose to charge the car in the day ?
