just an update, ordered my ex30 in august, picked it up late september,
Cost was 1999, minus 750 new car payment and 350 good condition bonus made it a very acceptable payment for a very advanced car. (about 800 quid all in, given the disgustingly high prices, this was fine to me)
The car itself, is an EV and completely electric an computerised, it’s not for the faint hearted if you are not computer savvy, the entire car is practically controlled by a large tablet interface, temp, music, navigation. Do i enjoy it? Yep, it’s a lovely and VERY fast drive, i am not a fan of fast driving, but it can move very quickly. The only thing i am not happy about is the extreme lack of backroom seating, its usually just me and my son driving, so its not an issue but a few extra bodies would probably struggle, the boot is not huge either. i got the car with 97% battery, that last about 1 week and i have done about 147 miles which is not what i was expecting, that seems very low.
I’m overall – very happy with the car, i knew we had to eventually move to an EV and the ohme install was done in about 15mins, the guy showed me how to use the app an what to expect, i have not done a full charge yet, as im gonna wait for that half price thing on Sunday from British Gas.
