Ah I see that’s a shame but motability should have anticipated this situation.
Absolute BS about the subscription when I turned down the charger on ordering they said BP pulse subscription then? So I said yes the dealer put it thru and a few weeks later motability sent me a code to use. Nothing to do with whether you have a charger or not.
Do send that email as I think they’re going to apologise very quickly when someone actually looks at this it’s ridiculous.
