The response from the council states that they have checked photos and enclosed them. They didn’t enclose them!!!
I would ring or go down and speak with the council and question them on why they said photo was enclosed when they wern’t and request that they provide you with photo evidence.
Surely it is the wardens responsibility to ensure photo evidence of the penalty clearly visable or the ticket is void, which you could argue.
Don’t hang about, get it sorted within the 14 days from the date of the appeal letter or the fine will be full cost.
