What does she have to think about whilst driving? What might not work? Surely if you charge it up every night an approx 200 mile range should be sufficient?

Yup, she’s driven the car when the heating hasn’t worked, the traction control warning light and some emergency brake light comes on randomly. She has also panicked a couple of times when the lane assist has pulled her when she was driving on simple country lanes. Also the main screen and i-toggle didn’t come on once and the sat nav failed to draw maps/work when she needed directions to get home, her phone failed to register despite her being connected, the voice assistant didn’t work and last night on the way back from the hospital she was flashed 4 times because the auto full beam wasn’t dipping for oncoming traffic… apart from those wee things, she doesn’t mind it! … Oh, and she can never get the boot to open when waiving her foot! … and I nearly forgot, at least 3 times when she has gotten into the car, it was all in French! …. and she has lost her preset radio stations on about 4 different occasions!

Yep, we can charge every night, but at 17p per kwh for 200 (or less in winter) miles per charge the cost advantages start to narrow.

I’m whinging a bit I know, but all these niggles are starting to get me down. I haven’t even driven the car in sports mode yet, so have had zero driving enjoyment so far. Oh well…
