Congrats Dan just highlights if you can argue your point with logic and show your need they can listen. I get that they need to protect themselves from people going cap in hand for something because it has nice toys but I really think they should be more approachable to challenge their decisions.
It looks to me like different case managers interpret the rules to suit, as you so often see different outcomes for similar cases.
