I have been experiencing some issues surrounding scheduled charging and struggling to get it to even work reliably from the app or from the car. No matter what I do charging will either not happen at all or will start charging straight away.
My goal was to have charging finishing, just as, I needed the car for the morning run. The reason behind this, is the other day, I was up earlier than usuall and decided to put the car on charge save doing it that night. When it was time to do the moring run, we got in the car and all of us commented how warm it was including the seats. When I felt around the airvent’s these were warm to!
Technically, it shouldn’t be possible to preheat due to having an ICE but, there was no other explanation, as it was 8am and a colder morning, so it’s not as if I can put it down to the sun. Every other morning since the car has felt colder and would like to replicate what I did without getting up before the cock crows.
Aside that, I am still getting decent EV range circa 38 miles, even though the car shows 35 as soon as you set off. Friday, I did a 30 mile round trip to the hospital and Saturday a 12 mile round trip all on one charge. This is my personal best and seems to be a car that keeps giving, although I wont speak too soon 😂
