My E3008 real world mileage.
So, I’ve done very little miles over the last couple of weeks since my last top up to 99%, where the car’s guessometer was showing 336 miles. At that point, I reset my trip meter to see what my real world range would be and this is where I am at today…
Car has been driven totally in ECO mode, driving like Miss Daisy, feathering the accelerator, anticipating and managing stops (like traffic lights) ahead of time, staying out of the power meter and without heating/AC, no night-time driving, so no lights. No heated seats or steering wheel. The only thing that is on is the radio at a moderate volume.
Car is predominantly doing 1-2 mile runs up and down to our village centre, with a couple of 25 mile round trips thrown in.
Car is showing miles per kwh as 3.9. So shouldn’t my total mileage based on that be approx 280?
Car is showing remaining battery at 32% with just 60 miles. With a third full battery at that 3.9 consumption, shouldn’t it be around 90 miles remaining?
So, driving like a saint (and I really can’t drive more frugal than I am) I am getting a total of 192 miles already done, plus 60 miles remaining = 252 miles! Huh?
