I think this is the link you should use https://myaccount.motabilityoperations.co.uk/tyres?origin=web-tyres rather than Kwik Fit fleet booking. This info is from https://myaccount.motabilityoperations.co.uk/tyres?origin=web-tyres.
I have just tried the link above myself, and it instantly brought up my reg and car details with out entering any data.
