Its the first time i have heard of a driving reassessment!
But I guess it makes sense, if there are changes to your circumstances. It sounds like its a way to make sure you are compus on the road, and nothing more.
At least its not like having to retake your driving test…that would be a problem. The UK driving test is one of the most difficult in the World.
My mate is a uni lecturer, from Brazil and had to sit the test. He is a very good driver, but he failed.
He did not try again, living in a city, the force people on to public transport anyway and make city centre driving as difficult as possible.
