He has a FHEV not a PHEV, as for the Granny charger there seems to be a lot of different answers!
They used to come with both a Type 2 (32A) cable you use with a home charger or those at charging stations like Fastned, Instavolt, Gridserve etc. and the 13A Granny lead to charge from a 13A mains socket.
Some new owners are reporting only a Type 2 cable being supplied, others have said they got one free from the dealer if they mentioned not having a charger fitted at home.
