Personally I wouldn’t video as it is a distraction from the actual demonstration when you should be absorbing it and asking clarification as you go on.
I have found that when I am unsure of anything with a new car, there will be a video clip on You Tube that will show a explanation for any specific action on your car be it setting the seat memory or understanding the dashboard layout.
Enjoy that great feeling of collecting a brand new car in the moment, not through the lens of a camera.
