According to FNS Ombudsman they told me there is the same rules for distance selling ie: you still have 14 days to cancel at a dealership as I did it many years ago when buying my own used car handed it back within 14 Days. Motability told me 7 days if delivered to your home which s wrong it is 14 days. The same rules apply to retail and non retail.Under consumer credit law we have the same rights if ordered and delivered.
