I’m not at all surprised by the decision. As I said when the topic came up previously it was never in the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. It was always discretionary.
I have found the BMW that we recently handed back on Autotrader for £26,445. I suspect that if I’d been able to buy it from Motability they’d have wanted at least £28,000 and it would have come with no warranty 🤔
