I’ve just had my car repaired and Direct Line Motability were fantastic. The repair station only had a manual ice car for me to use, which would be totally useless for me so I contacted Direct Line Motability and explained the situation and stated I would prefer a EV which is what they supplied, a MG 4 trophy, a little small but still I enjoyed driving it. The car came from Europcar.
