So BP Pulse have been in touch and gave me the opposite instructions to the instructions i got off Motability. You couldnt make it up i knew the person i was speaking to me was sending me up the garden path.
Turns out Motability need to get in touch with BP to generate a code which is then giving to me when signing up. Will try for a 3rd time with Motability on Monday.
