Oh I’m sure it’s the dealer throwing out their toys, the email was sharp and short.
The email from the complaint handler was asking what I wanted to do and the email came from Pulman’s at the same time advising its cancelled, so I can only assume they hung up the phone then cancelled the order, its already been taken off the Motability account already. They’ve ignored any attempt at contact so waiting to hear back from Motability.
