If its their fault then THEY need to put it right that means they honour the AP you paid. Fact is they haven’t fulfilled the contract so contract is still in place tell them to provide what you ordered. No new order, no new AP. This is breach of contract. You know they’ve sold your car and replaced it with a stock one. I bet a retail customer demanded the advanced pack and quick delivery….
Email the CEO of Motability and get them on it. As far as I’m concerned this is their problem to fix not yours
If you haven’t input your pin then the order has not been fulfilled so they can get you what you ordered ontgat contract.
If you’re bothered and still want it then go to the CEO and get motability fighting your corner.
