Even if for some reason, it was intentionally, they should have labeled, the isolation switch (L1 L3 L2) highlighting a non standard sequence and highlights bad practive. That said it was more than likely an accidental error and one, that really does put the onus on the electrician coming in afterwards.
As you can hopefully see from the picture, highlighting the difference’s between single and three phase charging (or rather TPN), that all three phases are wired in sequence from the DNO’s supply head, through the meter and into the isolation switch.
Hopefully we can move on to intended point – 11kW or 22kW chargers but, do let me know what Octopussy says 🙂
