@glos_guy So I raised a complaint with Andrew Miller thanks to the advice from @Rich44 and a senior accounts manager has contacted me today, she had told me she has spoken to BMW and they will hold the car for me until this is resolved.
I don’t want to get my hopes up or anything but the call with her was positive, it seems like Motability are willing to put the order back on but they are waiting for BMW the manufacturer to confirm as it comes down to putting the order back on whether they will provide the car for the same price back in September so this seems to be the only issue now.
Once BMW the manufacturer have confirmed this is okay then I can go to the dealership and sign the order. I have raised a complaint myself with BMW the manufacturer aswell which the senior accounts lady said was a good thing and she will be contacting them and I will hear back within 2 days.
If BMW refuse in a worst case scenario then I still have a chance to escalate it further.
So it’s just a waiting game now until Thursday latest.
I just want to thank everyone on the thread who have advised me as it was so helpful! I will keep you all updated on how it pans out.
