I would delete the phone from the car and delete the car from the phone and start again!

1 – connect phone to cars Bluetooth and download contacts etc

2 – connect USB data cable to your phone and plug into USB port A (the left port from memory). You will be promted by a beep asking if you want to use the port as a charging port or data port. (if you don’t get a prompt try the other port)

3 select the data port option on your phone

4 You should now beable to use AA and mirror your phone etc.

MY25 Sportage should be compatible with wireless AA & CP from the factory. An update became available towards the end of 2023, that enabled existing users to load the latest software but, it is a slow and tedius process, if it isn’t already loaded on MY25 models.

1 – go to [Settings] > [Phone connections] and press the [Add new] button to connect your smartphone. Wireless connection is possible only when both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions of the smartphone are turned On.

2 – when starting the vehicle, the previously connected device is automatically connected. To use it, press [Android Auto] in the [Home] menu.

3 – If you have previously used AA or CP using a USB data cable, you need to delete the registered phone and from the vehicle and then register again.
