I used a Pod Point thing in the surgery waiting area, nurse told me my BMI was stupidly high and gave me a telling off!, I pointed out it said I was 1.58M tall, I’m actually 1.96M 🙂
My HbA1c is now 69 so up 15 from November, my BMI is 29.98 no doubt due to the 7Kg I’ve put on over the last 6 months without the sticky pens.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
