    I am still awaiting the vehicle which was due this week. After contacting Peugeot Motability they cannot give a delivery date and stated that the only update information they have is that the build date is October, but this is always subject to change. I am now considering cancelling the car and purchasing a car privately especially since I sold my car a few weeks ago. Because of these excessive delays will I have to pay an admin fee if I did decide to cancel?

     

    Hi, you pay nothing.

    It’s part of the motability deal for obvious reasons, that we pay nothing and can walk away at anytime up to putting in the pin.

    At that point and after you have signed the agreement and are in the contract.

    However up until then you can walk away with no penalty.
