I’m in my mid sixties (when i wrote that i thought wt£ am i really, where did all the years go) and nobody lasts for ever but I’m not sure it’s wise to consider when you might die in making decisions or you would probably not do much.
Financially i understand your point, if i snuff it before the loan is paid off what will happen? I am fortunate to be financially secure so there will be enough left to pay off the loan if need be.
However, if my calcs are correct i will be pocketing over a grand a year. Â so iwith this in mind i might just reduce the payment period to five years.
Just to be safe.
And if I do go before it’s paid back I’ll blame you and come back and haunt you 👻 😂😂😂
Without getting too niche with a V2L car running a house-like mine i would be making a fair bit of money downloading at night for 7p and selling it back for 15p. I don’t understand why this isn’t a THING on the forum but maybe that says more about me than other members.
