In all the years I’ve driven an EV snow tyres haven’t been a consideration. The control you have over the speed of the wheels and the ability to use regenerative braking to gradually reduce speed over just applying physical pads have combined to make me feel much safer.
Disclaimer: I’m in Cornwall, when we get snow it’s a couple of inches max.
