Volvo included a free Vodafone data sim for 12months which was included in the purchase price of a new car from 2020 onwards. After the initial contract ended the customer has the option to extend the service by purchasing a data plan from Vodafone.
As the above comment suggests a cheap and cheeful sim will do the job.
