If you change your mind after ordering, you need to speak to your dealer or supplier about changing or cancelling your application. You might be charged an administration fee.
I have cancelled before and did not have to pay a administration fee

I think its a fair argument that any payment of possible cancel/administration fees should have been made clear to the client when ordering
