Waiting will get you the new i5, which ontop of interior/ecterior enhancements, will get you a bigger battery and highly likely a heatpump. If you were to order now and Q4 saw the AWD you could swop your order over to one of those.
Hyundai is pretty good when new / facelift models come out, sending alot of cars to the docks, so there is plenty about on release date. The Enyak will likely see you wating 8 months or more!
Hyundai also include plenty of standard kit, unlike cars like the Enyak, you won’t be wanting expensive packs.
The Renault Scenic E-Tech is on the scheme with a respectable £995AP for the mid range model.
As mentioned previous, the Kona is another one and its like a tardis inside in comparison to the size of the car.
