The 4g was missing in the top left corner, and they hadn’t come across this before. 20 mins and and a setting altered by the workshop Bosh done
Fairly common fault, if happens in future simply remove fuse 19 (online services) for few mins
and should reset connectivity.
Saves a trip to dealer.
