Today I received an email from my dealership! My car is built and making its way from the factory to UK and should be arriving early July, ready for collection some time from mid to end July . I asked for confirmation that it is a MY24 as reassured previously it was and received the reply that it isn’t. If I hadn’t asked I would have still been expecting to collect a MY24 even though I have asked for version confirmation twice before and reassured it was a MY24 as ordered. I’ve been given a list of the good points and one bad point. Surely the good points are only good if you want them and the bad point is bad if it’s something you didn’t want / need?! I feel this situation is really proving how the fact that mobility vehicles for people with health conditions that have specific requirements for reasons other than fashion or comfort is completely lost at most dealerships. In a dilemma now re what to do. In addition to the loss of the camera I hate black interiors, life is hard enough health wise without having a dark and gloomy car interior, another reason why I liked the Volvo when it was a lighter interior and wasn’t part microfibre.
Grumble over. Feeling fed up rather than excited ☹️
