I feel this is now proving to be a complete and utter shambles. Dealerships appear to be left completely in the dark at the mercy of Volvo Head Office. Even having the vehicle’s VIN number appears to be futile as no information is available or provided via such. I have been assured my order will eventually materialise…I’m still not confident but we will see…
